I am controlled by the Holy Spirit. His presence in my life empowers me with patience with my family. His presence in my life empowers me with patience with my spouse. His presence in my life empowers me with patience with my children. His presence in my life empowers me with patience with my coworkers.
I have an awesome advantage, for greater is He who is in me than other people and their impatience.
My body language reflects God’s peace! My body obeys me, I’m in charge of my hands, feet, and mouth.
I direct anger toward positive solutions and toward the person/people who have irritated me. I’m completely aware that the manner in which I handle this person/situation is sowing seeds for a harvest later! I am quick to think… slow to speak… very slow to anger! I am self-controlled, my personality is Holy Spirit directed. I am led by the Lord! Patience is my friend!
