This is a conference for churches of all sizes in small county America. If you’re a church with a desire to have an influence with your congregation and community, this time is for you and your team. This conference will strengthen you, bless you, and equip you and your team members to serve on a higher level!

There will be workshops for Children/Youth, Community Outreach, Praise & Worship, a Celebrate Recovery Program, Secretary/Administration, Young Adults Ministry, as well as TV/Marketing/Video Announcements and Lighting/Sound. We want to assist your volunteer staff with ideas, wisdom, and practical steps to improve their service.
General Sessions will be hosted by Pastor Jim Graff and Pastor David Swann. Their instruction and encouragement will aid you and your team members to build a contagious-connecting-compassionate-community church.
Registration is free!
The only cost to you is the luncheon on Tuesday.
Earlybird Registration by January 23: $8.00 per person for the luncheon (puts you in a drawing for a free gift, such as an iPod!)
After January 23: $10.00 per person for the luncheon.

Pastor David & Roxanne Swann
David & Roxanne Swann pioneered Faith Christian Family Church in Clovis, New Mexico in 1980. After 10 years of weekly attendance of no more than 150 people, they were introduced to new ministry skills and have experienced steady church growth from 1990 to the present at an average attendance of 1,800 in a county of 45,000. Pastor Swann is one of the national leaders of the Significant Church movement, and speaks at conferences around the world.
