Dan Borwick, better known as ROCrageous, has served in student ministry for 22 years.  ROC arrived at Faith Christian Family Church in 1998 and jumped right into children’s ministry. The close partnership with the public schools allowed ROC to pioneer and implement a school assembly program called WISEUP!  The thrust of WISEUP! was to create a drug free attitude among students. WISEUP! Impacted over 10,000 students annually.

In 2001 ROCman,  the superhero brainchild of ROC, was born. ROCman is a defender of Real Outrageous Character.  The ROCman Live Adventure Shows have thrilled audiences of all ages.  ROCrageous is currently writing a ROCman Adventure Series and his first book , targeting elementary students, is scheduled to be released in the Fall of 2008.

ROC is a member of the Clovis Municipal Schools Character Counts Task Force,  the Clovis Schools Chaplain Program, and the Strategic Planning Team.

Leslie was raised in Odessa, Texas. She left home at 14 years of age to dance professionally with the San Francisco, Dallas, and Boston ballet companies. In 1999, Leslie founded High Point Ballet in Clovis, NM., teaching girls ages 4-14 how to honor the Lord through dance.

In 2007, ROC and Leslie stepped in as Youth Pastors for Faith Christian Family Church.  It’s been a thrill for both of them to serve young people.  ROC and Leslie are no strangers to teen ministry. They served as youth pastors in Texas for eight years.  Their love for students and their incredible zeal to serve has opened doors to impact a generation with God’s love, forgiveness, and acceptance!

ROC and Leslie have been married for over 20 years and are the proud parents of Danny and Mya, and all are hard-core STEELER FANS!!
